- Responsible for performing Manager’s Duties in the event of the Manager’s absence.
- Assist Manager in supervision of pool staff and operations related to the smoother operation of the swimming pool
- Assist with public relations of the pool
- Enforce the participants’ conduct rules and regulations.
- Courteous treatment of all patrons is required at all times.
- Enforce decisions of the Manager, Head Lifeguard, or Lifeguards in case of suspensions of participants and help keep such incidents on file.
- Assist with pump room, pool deck, dressing rooms and vacuuming the pool.
- Help maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, daily pool chemical checks and accident reports.
- Help Manager with weekly scheduling of pool employees.
- Assist with special programs, events or rentals scheduled at the pool.
